Clear terms for fast business websites.

1. Service Overview

www.Builders provides fast one-page business website build services for eligible customers. Our service may include intake review, website drafting, website preview, basic revision handling, launch assistance, hosting setup, and ongoing hosting and maintenance when applicable.

www.Builders is designed for simple business websites. We may decline or refuse a project if we determine that the request is not a fit for our service, appears legally risky, includes prohibited content, involves regulated or restricted activity, or would require services outside the scope of our standard website workflow.

2. Waitlist and Build Slots

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee acceptance, approval, or immediate service. Build slots may be limited and are offered based on availability, project fit, and our review process.

After reviewing a request, we may approve the customer to move forward, request more information, place the request on hold, or decline the project. We are not required to accept every website request.

3. Payment Structure

The standard website setup price is $500 total.

1. Deposit Option: Pay a $99 non-refundable deposit to secure a build slot. The remaining $401 setup balance is due before the website launches.
2. Paid-in-Full Setup Option: Pay the full $500 website setup fee upfront. This covers the website build/setup through launch.

The paid-in-full setup option covers the website setup/build only. It does not include monthly hosting and maintenance, domain purchase, domain renewal, domain management, third-party tools, advertising, paid plugins, or other outside costs unless specifically stated in writing.

4. Non-Refundable Deposit

The $99 deposit is non-refundable once paid. The deposit reserves time in our build workflow and begins the intake/build process.

If a customer chooses not to continue, fails to provide required information, does not respond, changes direction, or cancels after paying the deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.

If www.Builders determines after payment that a project cannot be completed due to prohibited content, legal concerns, misrepresentation, abuse of the service, or a project scope that does not match the original request, we may decline or stop the project. Depending on the circumstances, any refund beyond the non-refundable deposit will be handled at our discretion.

5. Final Setup Balance

For customers using the deposit option, the remaining $401 setup balance is due before website launch.

A website will not be launched until the required setup balance has been paid and any required hosting setup has been completed.

6. Hosting and Maintenance

Hosting and maintenance are separate from the website setup fee.

Ongoing hosting and maintenance are $50 per month. The first 30 days after launch are included at no charge. Monthly hosting and maintenance billing begins after the included 30-day launch period.

Hosting and maintenance may include keeping the completed website published, supporting basic maintenance, handling reasonable technical updates, and keeping the website available through our hosting workflow. Hosting and maintenance do not include unlimited redesigns, major rebuilds, custom software development, advanced integrations, paid advertising, SEO campaigns, third-party subscription costs, domain fees, email hosting, or services not specifically included in writing.

If hosting is cancelled, unpaid, declined, disputed, or otherwise not active, the website may no longer remain published, available, maintained, or supported through www.Builders.

7. Domain Responsibility

Customers are responsible for purchasing, owning, renewing, and managing their own domain name.

www.Builders does not purchase, own, renew, control, or log into customer domain accounts unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Customers are responsible for keeping their domain registration active and for maintaining access to their domain provider account.

At launch, www.Builders may provide DNS records or connection instructions so the customer can connect the completed website to the customer’s domain. The customer is responsible for entering, approving, or maintaining those DNS records through their own domain provider.

www.Builders is not responsible for domain expiration, domain renewal failure, domain provider issues, incorrect DNS changes made by the customer or a third party, email disruption caused by DNS/domain changes, loss of domain access, or any issue caused by the customer’s domain account.

Domain fees are separate from website setup and hosting fees.

8. Customer Information and Content Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful information for their website.

This includes, but is not limited to, business name, phone number, email address, service area, address, services, pricing, photos, logos, claims, licenses, certifications, insurance status, reviews, years in business, guarantees, availability, and any other business-related information.

www.Builders may organize, rewrite, format, or polish customer-provided information for website use, but the customer remains responsible for reviewing the content and confirming that it is accurate before launch.

Customers must not provide false, misleading, deceptive, infringing, illegal, or unauthorized content.

9. No Fake Claims

www.Builders will not intentionally create unverifiable claims such as “licensed,” “insured,” “family-owned,” “award-winning,” “top-rated,” “best-rated,” “guaranteed,” “24/7,” “emergency service,” “certified,” or specific years of experience unless the customer provides that information and confirms it is accurate.

If a customer provides claims, credentials, photos, testimonials, certifications, licenses, or similar information, the customer is responsible for making sure those claims are truthful, current, legal, and allowed to be used.

10. Photos, Logos, and Media

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any photos, logos, graphics, videos, icons, trademarks, or other media they provide.

If the customer does not provide photos or logos, www.Builders may use text-based branding, icons, gradients, safe stock-style visuals, AI-style illustrative visuals, or other design elements appropriate for the business. These visuals are used for design purposes and should not be interpreted as photos of the customer’s actual business, staff, work, vehicles, location, equipment, or projects unless specifically provided by the customer.

www.Builders is not responsible for claims, disputes, copyright issues, trademark issues, licensing issues, or ownership issues involving materials provided by the customer.

11. Revisions and Additional Updates

One standard revision round is included with the website setup unless otherwise stated in writing.

A standard revision means reasonable edits to the one-page website based on the original intake information and preview, such as text changes, section adjustments, color adjustments, or minor layout changes.

Additional revisions, extra changes, major rewrites, new direction changes, added services, new sections, redesign requests, or updates outside the included revision allowance may require an additional $20 revision/update fee or a custom quote depending on the scope.

www.Builders may determine whether a request is part of the included standard revision or outside the included scope.

12. Website Preview and Approval

Before launch, customers may receive a preview link to review the website. The customer is responsible for reviewing the website carefully, including spelling, contact information, service descriptions, claims, photos, links, buttons, and all other visible content.

Approval of the preview means the customer accepts the website as ready for launch, subject to any final setup, hosting, or technical steps required.

After approval or launch, additional edits may be treated as maintenance requests, revision requests, or paid updates depending on the scope.

13. Prohibited Content and Restricted Businesses

www.Builders does not create, promote, publish, or knowingly support websites for illegal, unsafe, deceptive, exploitative, or prohibited activity.

Prohibited or restricted content may include, but is not limited to:

• Illegal services or illegal products
• Scams, fraud, deceptive offers, or misleading business practices
• Counterfeit goods or stolen goods
• Illegal drugs or illegal drug-related services
• Weapons sales or unsafe weapons-related activity
• Adult sexual services or sexually exploitative content
• Hate, extremist, harassing, or violent content
• Content designed to mislead, exploit, or harm people
• Unauthorized use of another company’s brand, trademark, logo, or identity
• Requests involving suspicious, unclear, or legally risky activity

www.Builders may pause, deny, refuse, remove, or stop work on any project that appears to violate this policy or creates legal, reputational, operational, payment, platform, or safety concerns.

14. Right to Refuse or Stop Service

www.Builders reserves the right to refuse, deny, pause, cancel, or stop service for any customer or project at our discretion.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to, prohibited content, suspicious activity, payment issues, abusive behavior, legal concerns, inaccurate information, excessive scope changes, failure to respond, platform limitations, technical limitations, or a determination that the project is not a good fit for our service.

15. No Guarantee of Results

www.Builders does not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic, leads, sales, calls, customers, revenue, conversions, business results, advertising performance, or placement on Google or any other search engine or platform.

We build websites designed to present a business professionally and make it easier for customers to learn about and contact the business. Actual results depend on many factors outside our control, including market demand, competition, customer reputation, advertising, search engine behavior, location, pricing, service quality, and customer follow-up.

16. Third-Party Services

A website may rely on third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting infrastructure, payment processors, email providers, form tools, analytics tools, maps, image sources, or other platforms.

www.Builders is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account issues, service interruptions, data loss, failures, or limitations caused by third-party services.

Customers are responsible for any third-party accounts, fees, terms, or requirements not specifically included in www.Builders’ written service agreement.

17. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. By making a payment, the customer agrees to the applicable payment processor’s terms, policies, and processing requirements.

www.Builders does not control third-party payment processor approvals, declines, chargebacks, processing delays, fees, or account requirements.

Taxes, payment processing fees, or other applicable charges may apply where required or applicable.

18. Cancellations and Nonpayment

If a customer cancels before launch after paying the deposit, the deposit remains non-refundable.

If a customer fails to pay the final setup balance, does not complete hosting setup, does not provide required launch information, or stops responding, www.Builders may pause the project, delay launch, or close the build request.

If ongoing hosting and maintenance payments fail, are cancelled, are disputed, or remain unpaid, www.Builders may suspend, unpublish, restrict access to, or stop maintaining the website.

19. Ownership and Use of Website Materials

After the required setup fee has been paid in full, the customer may use the completed website content created specifically for that customer, subject to these Terms and any third-party limitations.

www.Builders may retain ownership of internal systems, templates, workflows, processes, code libraries, dashboard tools, build methods, design systems, reusable components, and other tools used to create websites.

Customers do not receive ownership of www.Builders’ private dashboard, internal tools, automation workflows, source systems, proprietary processes, or reusable framework unless separately agreed in writing.

20. Portfolio and Examples

Unless the customer requests otherwise in writing, www.Builders may reference completed public websites in its portfolio, examples, marketing, or service demonstrations.

www.Builders may also use fictional sample websites for demonstration purposes. Fictional samples are examples only and do not represent real client results, real customer businesses, or actual client work unless clearly stated.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, www.Builders is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, lost domain access, search ranking changes, downtime, email disruption, or third-party service failures.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, www.Builders’ total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount the customer paid to www.Builders for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

22. Indemnification

The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless www.Builders from claims, disputes, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from customer-provided content, inaccurate information, unlawful business activity, unauthorized media, intellectual property claims, false claims, legal noncompliance, domain issues, third-party account issues, or the customer’s use of the website.

23. Changes to These Terms

www.Builders may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means the customer accepts the updated Terms.
